Elsa's Grandmother filled her world with fairy tales based on the lives of the tenants of their apartment building. And when she dies she leaves Elsa with the mission of delivering letters to the tenants where she apologizes. Allowing Elsa to make friends and open hearts as only an almost eight year old can.

The only part I didn't like was when the wurse died, still really sad about that. Wurse's should be immortal.
