Annabelle Granger aka numerous other aliases has been stalked by a pedophile since she was a baby. To keep her safe her family changed their identity numerous times and fled across the United States. Now back in Boston MA, and with both her parents dead Annabelle must finally unlock the secret of what or who her family was fleeing from when the tomb of six girls is discovered on the grounds of a mental hospital one of which is tagged with her locket.

Going to Bobby and DD for help she discovers even more mysteries. She bears an uncanny resemblance to Catherine Gagnon (Alone Detective D.D. Warren, #1) and after a visit to Catherine she learns that her Father visited Catherine in the hospital after her abduction posing as an FBI agent. He had a sketch of who he believed Catherine's kidnapper to be, the same sketch he insisted was the man stalking his daughter years later.

When the pieces of the puzzle come together Annabelle will discover that even that isn't her real name, and that the evil they were fleeing from is her Uncle. But now she must survive not one but two killers
