Thick as Thieves by Sandra BrownMy rating: 3 of 5 stars
When Arden returns home to have her baby, a secret that has been kept for decades begins to unravel and the innocent Arden is at the center of it all.
Really don't understand why we had the pregnancy and miscarriage at the beginning of the book. It was unnecessary and lent nothing to the plot. Also it seems a bit unbelievable that Lisa never spent any of the money. Exactly how were her and Arden surviving when they first left town. Although I think it does lend credence to her Father's death being an accident.
