Great book about how precious love is. Alice bumps her head in spin class and wakes up thinking she is 28, happily married (Nick) and pregnant with her first child. Imagine her surprise to discover that she is 38 in the midst of a divorce and the Mother of two girls and a boy that she doesn't remember. And that she is involved with her kids Principal (Dominick). She also discovers that her older sister is married and battling infertility. That her widowed Mother is now married to Nick's Dad, and that her Grandmother is finally ready to let go of the fiance who died years ago and find love in the arms of someone new.
The "new" Alice is determined to get her husband back, and slowly the mistakes of the past are forgiven and Nick and Alice mend their broken family.
