Dr Nora Davis lives in terror of people finding out who her Father is so when a copy cat starts killing her patients and the police question her she is terrified. Then she starts finding evidence planted in her house and car to make it look like she is the killer.
Finding the courage to reveal her past to her boyfriend, Brady, she is crushed when he rejects her and grows even more withdrawn and determined not to reveal her secrets to anyone. Her only friend is the stray cat she starts feeding.
Then she hears something in her basement and this time her secrets may cost her, her life if Brady and the brave cat don't intervene in time.
