When Thalia contacts Alex about becoming his patient even though she is close to 100 he pays a visit to her suite at the Aventura hotel, where she has lived for a number of years. When she is murdered shortly after his visit Milo takes the case and he and Alex are sucked into Thalia's checkered past as a Mob Boss' Doll and an ancient ruby heist, that wasn't what it seemed.
