Shay and friends gather enough evidence against Singular to bury them, they uncover the plot to assassinate the President and while Harmon goes to warn the Secret Service Shay and X attack Thorne and prevent him from taking the kill shot.
The CIA recruits Shay for a job, so we should be seeing her and Harmon again.
