Caitlyn Montgomery Bandeaux has her share of problems including a vindictive soon to be ex. When she wakes up to a bedroom covered in blood and with no memory of what happened the night before her day only gets worse when the police arrive on her doorstep with news of her husbands death.
Desperate for help when her therapist's ex-husband (Adam) arrives in town looking for Rebbecca, Caitlyn turns to him for professional help. But slowly one by one members of Caitlyn's family fall to the killer and Caitlyn is the number one suspect.
When Adam discovers that Caitlyn has taken on the personality of her dead identical twin (Kelly) he fears that Caitlyn is behind the murders. But when Caitlyn stumbles on the real killer she will have to fight to save herself and Hannah.
