When an hurricane strikes off the coast of Fhada they are forced to call for help.  Necker (a German pilot ditches his mission and circles overhead for as long as possible to relay their messages to Fhada and to provide the lifeboat with a marker. Murdoch with a crew of old men sets out in the lifeboat to save them but is forced onto a reef and is forced to return to port. While Murdoch is unconscious Jago and his crew along with Admiral Carey Reeve  take the gunboat from the other side of the island and attempt a rescue. But disaster strikes and the gunboat is sunk, Jago and the survivors of his crew manage to scramble onto the schooner. There only chance of rescue comes from Gericke (German Prisoner of War) and Murdoch working with the islanders to drag the lifeboat across the island in order to put out. But when the lifeboat gets to the schooner Helmut Richter will choose to stay behind with the trapped Lottie. 
18. Odd Apocalypse by Dean Koontz - Odd Thomas and Annamaria are guest at Roseland a lavish estate that holds dark secrets. Odd must save a boy and destroy Roseland, before the "freaks/porkers" kill him. But they do not pose the only danger. No one is who they seem to be and Odd must trust no one in order to survive. 
19. Robopocalypse by Daniel H. Wilson -  Scientist summon Archos but are terrified of "it's" intelligence.  They try to pull the plug to late and robots start turning on humans,  but humanity will band together in order to survive  The War. 
20. The Khufra Run by Jack Higgins - Nelson and Turk survive Vietnam but can they survive helping Sister Clair recover a lost fortune from the Khufra Swamps.

Romney Ryan Ticket Espouse Ayn Rand Philosophy

Horseback riding is great exercise and beneficial to everyone including people suffering from MS, to bad more MS suffers do not have the funds to own a horse and enjoy riding.   

Most horse owners aren’t able to take a Tax Deduction for their horse. But Ann Romney’s charming dressage “hobby” nets the Romney’s a tax deduction as it’s considered a “passive business investment”. The savings might not be that much to date, but will be substantial when they sale the horse or win big prize money. 

Ironically conservatives are perplexed that many taxpaying American’s want to see Mitt Romney’s tax returns especially in light of allegations that he has paid ZERO in Taxes for ten years.  What other deductions has Romney taken?  Deductions could very well enable Romney to legally pay ZERO TAXES. Do you really want to vote for someone who is extremely wealthy but hasn’t been paying his fair share of taxes while you struggle under the tax burden they have place on the middle class?

Do you want to vote for someone who wants to get rid of the safety net of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid that Americans depend on?

The Tea Party had been espousing the immoral Ayn Rand philosophy which considering her views on the sanctity of marriage and family values is ironic.  For those of you unaware of her works she advocated adultery and turning your back on your family if they were not “producers”. Do you really want to vote for the Romney/Ryan ticket that espouses these views?

An inconvenient TRUTH

Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh are up in arms because ..............................

Andrea Saul attacked a pro-Obama Super PAC ad which linked Romney to the cancer death of a wife of a steelworker, who lost his job and spousal health insurance because of Bain Capital's downsizing. Saul went off message and said the fired steel worker would have had access to health care if he had lived in Massachusetts, under Romney’s plan, state health care coverage covers the uninsured.

As both Coulter and Limbaugh pointed out Romney Care is very much like THE AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE ACT, that these nutcases pundits refer to as Obamacare

And no one is saying that Romney went out and murdered anyone. What they are saying is that his management practices caused workers to lose their jobs and their insurance. An inconvenient TRUTH now that Romney is running for President.

Talk about Tools...............

Gina Miller has to be the biggest tool around It's not Romney's 'hidden' tax returns; it's Obama's hidden past.  It is laughable that the Right doesn't have anything "new" against Obama after all these years they are still harping about birth certificates.

Since before the 2008 presidential election, many of us have been trying to find out who Obama is. We have been asking for proof of his eligibility to hold the office of President. By Obama's own admission, his purported father was a foreign national, which would make Obama ineligible, because he is not a natural born citizen as required by the United States Constitution.

For that matter, we have no proof of who Obama's father really is, where Obama was really born, what Obama's real name is or even if he ever gained or regained US citizenship after having been raised in Indonesia for several years as a child

Apparently the Gina Millers' of this world are extremely dense.

President Barack Obama released his long form birth certificate in April 2011 which was certified by the State of Hawaii as being authentic.  So just to recap President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, which is part of the United States. His Mother was an American Citizen. President Barack Obama is a natural born citizen and eligible to be President of the United States.

As for Gina's claim that since President Obama's father was born in Kenya he is ineligible to be President (citizenship doesn't work that way and I expect she knows it), Mitt Romney would have the same problem as George Romney was born in MEXICO.

Also when George Romney ran for President this was decided.

At one point, the Congressional Research Service - an arm of the Library of Congress that is supposed to provide authoritative but impartial research for elected members - advised that its analysts agreed with George Romney, according to a congressional source.

In a paper in November (1967) aimed at clarifying presidential eligibility, the Congressional Research Service declared that the practical, legal meaning of "natural born citizen" would "most likely include" not only anyone born on U.S. soil but anyone born overseas of at least one parent who was a U.S. citizen.

Of course realizing their ranting about birth certificates is beginning to look FOOLISH to everyone but idiots they have moved along to Obama's college records. Of course most of the allegations they make are easily disproved - 5 Facts We Know About Obama’s College Years.

Amazingly after all these demands for transparency by President Obama, they could care less about seeing Mitt Romney's tax returns. My guess is they know if Romney releases his tax returns he'll lose votes. 

ONE Chick-fil-A promotes tolerance

Apparently the only thing Gina Miller could find to crow about is old news Early entry for WND's 'Operation Spike' of 2012: Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day. And honestly since they don't have any idea how many people were there for the "WATER" they can hardly claim Victory. Notice that Gina Miller and Mike Huckabee aren't the least bit upset that Adam Smith's exercising FREEDOM OF SPEECH cost him his job, but then he is a LIBERAL. .(And for the record I think Adam Smith was acting like a jerk and deserved to lose his job for verbally lashing out at a helpless employee, who behaved very professionally).

Chick-fil-A was the scene of another protest Friday, which wasn't nearly as unsuccessful as Gina Miller would like you to believe.

Gina also failed to mention Going Rogue: New Hampshire Chick-fil-A Will Sponsor Gay Pride Fest. Seems like one person in this whole mess decided to do the decent thing.

This Chick-fil-A manager is taking a stand of his own. In a statement, Piccola said he was excited to take part in the New Hampshire Pride Fest on August 11.

“In both my personal and professional life, I have had and continue to have positive relationships with family, friends, customers and employees in the LGBT community. It would make me sad if someone felt they were not openly welcomed into my life or restaurant based on their belief, race, creed, sexual orientation or gender.”

I wish Piccola well and hope more people will listen to his message of tolerance.

Liar Liar Pants on Fire

I wonder why so many of today's Christians are truth challenged are in other words LIARS. 

 Gina Miller says

Just recently we have seen a Christian in Phoenix sentenced to jail for holding Bible studies in his own home. - Outrage: hospital 'kidnaps,' injects newborn, expels mom

Except he wasn't. He is charged with building code violations. Apparently Michael Salman took it into his head to build a CHURCH in his backyard.

A Phoenix court found him guilty of 67 code violations in connection to a building where he hosts a weekly Bible study group. Salman was sentenced to 60 days in jail, three years probation and fined $12,180."The case is about the building that is used for regular assembly does not meet construction and fire code requirements for assembly," the City of Phoenix stated Thursday.

And while he insist to Phoenix authourities the building isn't a CHURCH, that isn't what he is telling others.

He held himself out as a being a church through the media (Harvest Christian Church) and claimed a church status for tax exemption purposes on his property,"

Now Gina is on a rant about a newborn who by the way Gina neglected to mention had jaundice.

In their suit, the Ferrises allege the hospital did not provide them with adequate information related to their daughter’s birth and mishandled several instances of care, including inoculations and treatment of jaundice. So which is it was there nothing medically wrong with the newborn like Gina Miller rants or did they baby develop jaundice because she didn't receive the proper treatment?

Neither want a permanent relationship until they do. If you want a simply Harlequin Romance type book it is fine. It's not in the same field as her other books. NOTE: I read this on the Bilo Reader which I can't stand. Will not be checking any more ebooks out from the library. The book will not formant on the Kindle Fire unless you have an Internet Connection. 
5. Cold Harbour by Jack Higgins - When Craig Osbourne discovers that Brigadier Dougal Munro betrayed Genevieve Trevaunce to the Nazis he enlist the aid of Martin Hare to attempt a daring rescue.
6. The Bormann Testament by Jack Higgins - Paul Chavasse is sent to retrieve Bormann's memoirs. Unfortunately the Nazi underground gets them first. 
7. Drink with the Devil by Jack Higgins - Michael Ryan and his niece Kathryn Ryan (Protestant paramilitaries) engage the help of the mysterious Martin Keogh (Sean Dillon, acting under orders from Jack Barry) to steal gold bouillon. When things go wrong on the crossing everyone but Michael Ryan assumes the gold has been lost at sea. Now Dillon who is working for Brigadier Ferguson must stop the gold from being recovered and financing an Irish Civil War.
8. Flight of Eagles by Jack Higgins - The story of Max Kelso (The Black Barron - Nazi Germany) and his twin Harry Kelso (RAF). 
9.  The Litigators by John Grisham - David Zinc walks out on his well paying job at a top law firm and winds up at Finley & Figg. Figg's plans to jump on the tort band wagon land the firm in hot water. With Finley out of action due to a heart attack and Figg on a bender David is left on his own to try to salvage the mess and restore the firm to solvency.

11. Calico Joe by John Grisham - Very surprised I am not a sports fan, but I enjoyed the book, when I saw what the book was about I really didn't expect too.
12. First Strike by Jack Higgins - Brilliant,  Terrorist kidnap the President of the United States (along with Jade and Rich) in order to get the codes to the nuclear missiles. John Chance has to unmask a United States General's role in the plot as well as lead an SAS team into the White House in order to save them.
13. The Pet Psychic Cat Talk The Secrets of Communicating with Your Cat by Sonya Fitzpatrick - heartwarming stories of how she helped lost cats return home one after 3 months. 
14. The Animal Connection A Guide to Intuitive Communication With Your Pet by Judy Meyer - Clear concise instructions for talking with your pet. 
15. Eye of The Storm by Jack Higgins - Sean Dillon is a gun for hire and this time he has been hired to take out the Prime Minister. Can  Professor Martin Brosnan and Ferguson, with help from Liam Devlin stop him in time.  An old favorite. 
16. A Game for Heroes by Jack Higgins - English operative Owen Morgan returns to the Channel Island he called home as a youth and the woman he loves (Simone). The island is in the hand of the Germans and Owen and his men are caught and will be executed once the Governor arrives. But with help from the new man in Simone's life and a series of unforeseen events they just might survive. 
17. Straight From The Horses Mouth How to Talk to Animals and Get Answers by Amelia Kinkade - this book made me CRY.        
18. Who Moved My Mouse? A Self-Help Book for Cats (Who Don't Need Any Help) by Dena Harris - cute light read.
