2 tubes (Large) Crescent Rolls
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 oz. Pub Cheese (cheddar jalapeno)
chopped spinach (canned, drain well)
Unroll crescent dough and separate into four rectangles; seal perforations. Spread with cheese, place salmon fillet in the center of each rectangle; sprinkle with pepper, top with spinach. Fold dough over fillet and pinch edges to seal. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake @ 400 for 20-25 minutes.
